Return Policy

Items with a receipt may be returned within 30 days of purchase date. Must be in original condition (with original packaging, accessories, booklets etc.) Items returned after 30 days are taken on a case by case basis with a 12.5% restocking fee.

Trade-up Policy

We only trade instruments that were purchased from us. On rental instruments the trade-up is 50% of the purchase price with damages deducted. On regular sale instruments the trade up policy is as follows: 

1 year - 100%
2 years - 90%
3 years - 85% 
4 years - 80%
5 years - 75%
​6 years - 70%
7 years - 65%

8 years - 60%
9 years - 55%
10 years - 50%
Anything after 10 years is 50%. All prices will deduct cost of damages/maintenance and strings if needed. 
Must trade up 50%. For example current violin is $1000, must trade up to at least $1500.
